Booking for campsites will be on Humanitix alongside event ticket sales.

They will open at the same time as ticket bookings and be available as an early bird option.

Powered Site = $70 for 2 people + add an additional person for $30 each (maximum 6 people per site)

Unpowered Site = $40 for 2 people + add an additional person for $10 each (maximum 6 people per site)

You can have up to 6 people on a site (with a maximum of 2 tents or one van and one tent)

Camping site ticket prices allow for up to 2 people on the site.

Additional people can share the site - up to the site limits - by purchase a special “additional person on site” ticket and give us the name of the person who made the main site booking.

Camping will be available from midday onwards on Friday of the event. All campers must depart by midday on Monday.

If you plan to be late on Friday night (ie, after 9pm) please let us know so we can be sure you can find your allocated site easily.

A full refund will be provided on cancellation up to a week before the event.

If cancellation occurs inside a week of the event date the payment will be forfeit.

Toilets, hot showers, cold water dish-washing sinks.

YES - it is WINTERfest after all. And Bridgetown can be very cold at night. Plan accordingly. You have been warned.

No, for the comfort of other campers no generators will be allowed

It is possible the ground will be a little damp. Bring a tarp or ground sheet.

No. There are no campfire facilities at the grounds.

No animals are allowed at the Showgrounds venue.

No there are no kitchen or laundry services, however we will have catering for the Saturday and Sunday days and Saturday night.

Unfortunately reception can be poor at the showgrounds. Phone calls and texts are usually ok, not so much for streaming live plays.
